At MBW Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an auto part, please review the conditions below.
1. Returns
We accept returns of eligible products provided that:
The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
The product has not been installed, fitted, used, driven with, or otherwise operated on a vehicle.
The product is returned in its original condition, without damage, modifications, or signs of use.
The product is complete and includes all accessories, components, documentation, and other items supplied with the original order.
The product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Opening the original packaging for the purpose of inspecting the product and checking its compatibility does not, by itself, prevent a return, provided that the product has not been installed or used and remains in suitable condition for resale.
2. Parts That Have Been Installed or Used
For safety and quality reasons, auto parts that have been installed on a vehicle, used, driven with, modified, damaged, or otherwise operated are generally not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.
This includes parts showing signs of installation, mounting, wear, electrical connection, fluid contamination, scratches, damage, or other evidence of use.
For customers in the European Union, this does not affect any mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products. Where applicable, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Incorrectly Ordered or Incompatible Parts
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their vehicle before placing an order.
We strongly recommend checking the vehicle’s make, model, year, engine, part number, and, where appropriate, VIN compatibility before ordering.
If you discover that a part is not suitable for your vehicle after delivery, please contact us before installing or using the part.
If the product is eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged during delivery, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
5. Defective Products
If a product is defective or does not conform to the sales contract, please contact us before attempting to install, repair, modify, or otherwise alter the product.
Defective or non-conforming products are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.
For customers in the European Union, statutory consumer rights and the applicable legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected by this Return Policy. EU consumer law provides a minimum legal guarantee of conformity for goods, generally lasting at least two years from delivery, subject to applicable law and circumstances.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
If the return is due to an incorrect item supplied by us, a damaged item, or a product defect covered by applicable law, we will handle the return costs and remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
7. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
[20.08.2026 13:00] Eric Slobodyan: For eligible change-of-mind returns, the refund may be subject to any reduction permitted by applicable law where the value of the product has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, or functioning.
We may wait to issue a refund until the returned product has been received or until you provide evidence that the product has been shipped back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
8. Products Purchased From Different Warehouses
Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities in Ukraine or Europe, depending on product availability and the destination.
The return address and return instructions may therefore differ depending on the warehouse from which the order was fulfilled.

10. Important Notice
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
For customers located in the European Union, mandatory statutory consumer rights, including applicable rights concerning withdrawal and legal conformity of goods, remain unaffected.
